What we collect
This website does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels or marketing cookies, and it has no forms that store your information on our servers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us directly — by WhatsApp, email or phone — when you enquire about a campaign. That is typically your name, contact details, business name and the suburb you want to advertise in.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, prepare your quote and run your campaign — including sending you the photo updates that are part of the service. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Third-party services
The coverage map on this site is embedded from Google Maps, and our primary contact channel is WhatsApp. When you interact with those services, their own privacy policies apply: Google's privacy policy for the map, and WhatsApp's (Meta) privacy policy for messages you send us there.
Your rights under POPIA
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, contact us at info@simplyvisiblesa.com or on 011 568 4384.
